Our institute is one of the first and oldest private institutes in Maharashtra and the Department of Civil Engineering is one of the first few departments established in the year 1983, affiliated to North Maharashtra university (Currently DBATU) and recognized by AICTE. It offers Under Graduate program in Civil Engineering with an intake of 60 along with Post Graduate program (M. Tech) in Infrastructure Engineering & Management with the intake of 18.
Civil Department has well Experienced Staff and well equipped laboratories with modern testing equipments (UTM and loading Frame). The department has got its own collection of books, reference material, projects and seminar reports, manuals in its departmental library.
The Department believes in quality classroom education with through practical knowledge from well equipped laboratories and skill set programs. Surrounded by rural areas, we are well aware of socio economic needs of the area and hence our faculty are involved in various government and NGO projects such as Design of Water supply schemes, Water and soil conservation programs like DPAP, Hariyali, Jalyukta Shivar etc.
The Department is the Consulting Hub of the area. The department has developed strong links with the building and construction industry and academic and research.
We believe in nurturing the talent to stand in the furious competition. Our students are at not only at top rank positions in the government departments and various engineering firms but also successful entrepreneurs. We believe one can achieve it through good quality and value based education to the students.
